About the role

  • ET Campus Transformation Project Manager leading technology infrastructure delivery for Ford’s Campus Transformation initiatives. Collaborating across teams to ensure projects meet defined objectives and quality targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of all technology infrastructure objectives for campus transformation programs, integrating technology project plans with Ford Land construction processes and schedules to meet targeted delivery timelines.
  • Deliver robust program, project, and financial status updates to delivery teams, customers, and ET leadership. Escalate issues and risks as needed with clear mitigation plans.
  • Maintain deep understanding of all technologies deployed on assigned projects and stay current on emerging technologies that can improve customer outcomes.
  • Manage all technology project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Provide program-level portfolio and financial management, as required.

Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of infrastructure technology experience (e.g., network, cellular, collaboration, end-user devices, printing).
  • 10+ years of project management experience.
  • Proven expertise in core PM disciplines: scope, schedule, cost, change, risk, and issue management; track record of delivering quality and controlled processes.
  • 10+ years of experience managing complex/large-scale programs and their financials.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience building teams and maintaining professional, mature relationships.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to tailor messaging for business users and IT professionals; adept at managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Proficiency with MS Project, SAP Ariba, Jira, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; quick to absorb new information; positive, growth-oriented mindset.
