About the role

• Senior ESG Project Manager guiding clients in sustainable building transformations in Paris. Leading strategic initiatives to integrate ESG in real estate projects and manage certifications.

Responsibilities

• As a Senior ESG Project Manager, you will support our internal and external clients in France and internationally and manage all phases of our engagements.
• Market and deploy the sustainable real estate owner’s representative service offering (AMO) to our clients: ensure commercial, technical, administrative and financial follow-up of your assignments.
• Produce owner’s representative deliverables: audits, strategies, guides, environmental specification documents, etc.
• Lead environmental building certifications: HQE, BREEAM, BBCA.
• Conduct strategic and technical studies: LCA (Life Cycle Assessment), renewable energy studies, energy renovation, ecological restoration (renaturation), commissioning, etc.
• Contribute to the ESG transformation of the Real Estate Development business unit across Development, Property Development and Asset Transformation service lines.
• Integrate ESG standards into operational processes (Property Development and Asset Transformation).
• Support teams in ESG KPI monitoring, the EU Taxonomy, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive cross-cutting projects (energy, carbon and biodiversity strategies).
• Contribute to the resource center: structuring methodologies, tools and upskilling teams and clients.

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) – engineering school or specialized master in sustainable building, real estate or energy performance.
• More than 5 years’ experience in environmental owner’s representative services (AMO) or technical project owner (MOA).
• Significant experience in the retrofit and conversion of tertiary/commercial buildings.
• Strong expertise in carbon issues, LCA, energy, biodiversity, water, circular economy and reuse applied to real estate projects in France and Europe.
• Good knowledge of the real estate value chain and transformation projects.
• Advanced knowledge of French and European regulations (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, RE2020…).
• Proficiency with building certification processes HQE and/or BREEAM (accreditation appreciated).
• Proven experience responding to tenders and competitions (private and/or public).
• French and English required; Spanish, Portuguese or Italian appreciated.
• Regular travel across France and Europe required.
