Responsibilities
Develop insights into the current state of our contact data across all objects and systems
Implement, maintain, and extend end-to-end data quality processes and tools
Identify common data elements for improvement, e.g., email, title, industry, etc.
Collaborate with data owner, stewards, and managers to define, implement, and document quality
Facilitate data quality activities supporting data owners, users, and other partners
Collect, manage, and clean datasets using extraction tools, e.g., SQL, Excel
Show how and where key data is used across the organization
Develop and produce dashboards, key performance indicators, and other recognized metrics
Research and reconcile data discrepancies occurring among various business processes
Identify new sources of data and methods to improve data collection and reporting
Monitor accurate inclusion of metadata content and definitions
Identify, test, and implement tools that continuously improve our data
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant experience
Experience in a quantitative discipline such as economics, finance, statistics, or engineering
Ability to describe and document how information flows through a complex organization
Experience managing data in enterprise-scale applications preferred
Basic knowledge and demonstrated experience using database management system software
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and communicate results clearly
Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Highly organized with rigorous attention to detail
