Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from first touch through close, managing both inbound MQLs and outbound-generated opportunities
Engage directly with business owners and decision-makers at small motor carriers and fleets
Manage lead efficiency and prioritize daily activity to maximize conversion and revenue
Deliver a consultative, needs-based sales approach tailored to each customer’s compliance and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and pipeline forecasts
Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets in a transactional, high-velocity sales environment
Stay knowledgeable on Foley’s SaaS offerings and relevant industry regulations to effectively position solutions
Compete against both internal status quo and external competitors to win new business
Requirements
1–2+ years of experience in full-cycle sales, BDR-to-AE roles, or transactional B2B selling
Comfortable managing your own pipeline without BDR support
Strong communicator who can confidently engage and influence decision-makers
Organized and disciplined in managing leads, follow-up, and sales process
Coachable, gritty, and motivated by clear goals and performance-based success
Comfortable with short sales cycles and monthly quota responsibility
