- Utilize SAP to review and approve reports
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of inventory variances
- Conduct floor walks and manage equipment trends and inspections
- Oversee financial review and reporting, monitoring Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for maintenance spend
- Demonstrate innovative, critical, and strategic thinking while complying with company policies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of project management, quality assurance, and employee development
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and preventive maintenance a plus
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is desired/High school diploma or equivalent is required
