About the role

  • Sales Operations Business Partner at Flock Safety driving operational excellence in public sector sales. Collaborating with leadership to implement data-driven strategies and support for sales representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the right hand of the VP of Local Markets within our Public Sector business.
  • Work directly with the VP of Sales and leadership team to drive team-wide strategy and execution.
  • Responsible for achieving operational excellence within the organization.
  • Build trust and frame data-driven recommendations.
  • Drive day-to-day execution and support for reps in the field.
  • Collaborate with Rev Ops teams and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM systems and sales methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with public sector sales is a plus.
