Responsibilities
Actuar como punto de contacto principal del cliente para temas relacionados con delivery y operación
Asegurar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos de servicio, expectativas y objetivos definidos con el cliente
Gestionar a las personas asignadas a cuentas (staff augmentation), realizando seguimiento de performance y engagement
Realizar one-on-ones periódicos, feedback continuo y acompañamiento en el desarrollo profesional
Detectar riesgos de desmotivación, rotación o desalineación, y proponer planes de acción
Coordinar follow-ups periódicos con stakeholders del cliente para revisar avances, resultados y oportunidades de mejora
Balancear las necesidades del cliente, las personas y los objetivos del negocio
Coordinar con áreas internas (People, Tech, Leadership) para resolver situaciones operativas o de performance
Participar en instancias de performance review, feedback estructurado y planes de carrera
Asegurar una comunicación clara y constante entre Fligoo, el cliente y los equipos asignados
Requirements
Formación en Administración, Recursos Humanos, Sistemas, Ingeniería, Psicología Organizacional o carreras afines (deseable)
Experiencia previa en roles de Relationship Manager, Client Delivery Manager, Account Manager o People Manager client-facing
Experiencia en consultoras, IT services, nearshore o staff augmentation (excluyente)
Conocimiento de dinámicas de delivery, seguimiento de performance y gestión de clientes
Capacidad para gestionar múltiples stakeholders en simultáneo
Manejo de herramientas de gestión (por ejemplo: Jira, Trello, CRM, herramientas de seguimiento)
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, escucha activa y negociación
Fuerte orientación a personas y servicio al cliente
Capacidad para gestionar conflictos y situaciones sensibles
