Business Manager for FleetPartners, driving growth in the Small Fleet Channel with Mitsubishi. Responsible for strategic partnership management and operational support.
Responsibilities
As Business Manager you will be the key contact for Fleet Partners Limited
Contribute to the success of the Small Fleet Channel by supporting our sales teams and strategic partnership with Mitsubishi
Focus on contributing to the growth of the channel
Lead the strategic Mitsubishi Partnership Relationship and deliver on mutual growth targets
Ownership of all Mitsubishi reporting in line with agreed Reporting Framework
Build requirements to enable data and analytics team to automate in BI dashboard
Manage relationships and performance in-line with the organisation’s business plan
Assist in setting partner specific sales targets
Deliver strategic business reviews and own partner action plans of growth initiatives
Assist in managing existing contract commitments and negotiations
Developing and delivering campaign strategies
Engage with the Leadership Team
Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Relationship managers to understand customer portfolio
Support day to day operations and BDM’s with onboarding of new customers
Build understanding of cross functional processes
Requirements
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities - Fluent in both English and Japanese
Strong understanding in FMO/Automotive industry with an existing relationship with Mitsubishi, Japan
Tertiary qualifications in a business or related field such as business management, sales, communications and/or marketing, and/or industry specific qualifications
