About the role

  • Business Manager for FleetPartners, driving growth in the Small Fleet Channel with Mitsubishi. Responsible for strategic partnership management and operational support.

Responsibilities

  • As Business Manager you will be the key contact for Fleet Partners Limited
  • Contribute to the success of the Small Fleet Channel by supporting our sales teams and strategic partnership with Mitsubishi
  • Focus on contributing to the growth of the channel
  • Lead the strategic Mitsubishi Partnership Relationship and deliver on mutual growth targets
  • Ownership of all Mitsubishi reporting in line with agreed Reporting Framework
  • Build requirements to enable data and analytics team to automate in BI dashboard
  • Manage relationships and performance in-line with the organisation’s business plan
  • Assist in setting partner specific sales targets
  • Deliver strategic business reviews and own partner action plans of growth initiatives
  • Assist in managing existing contract commitments and negotiations
  • Developing and delivering campaign strategies
  • Engage with the Leadership Team
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Relationship managers to understand customer portfolio
  • Support day to day operations and BDM’s with onboarding of new customers
  • Build understanding of cross functional processes

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities - Fluent in both English and Japanese
  • Strong understanding in FMO/Automotive industry with an existing relationship with Mitsubishi, Japan
  • Tertiary qualifications in a business or related field such as business management, sales, communications and/or marketing, and/or industry specific qualifications
