About the role

  • Ensure the technical evolution of the Corporate Expenses product by setting priorities together with Product and Design, aligning strategic vision, analysis, and business impact.
  • Own technical quality: architecture, scalability, SLIs/SLOs, observability, performance, security, and reduction of critical technical debt.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of initiatives (pace, risks, dependencies), removing blockers, ensuring Definition of Done, and upholding engineering standards.
  • Monitor and act on CX metrics (CR, funnel N1→N2→N3), converting root causes into a prioritized backlog and reducing customer effort across the expenses operation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams for complex products, preferably in fintechs, ERPs, or high-transaction-volume platforms.
  • Strong technical expertise in distributed architectures, integration patterns, databases, observability, reliability engineering practices, and performance engineering.
  • Experience working in OKR-driven environments, conducting engineering analyses (DORA, efficiency, excellence), and making data-driven decisions.
  • Prior experience collaborating with Product and Design to define scope, roadmaps, technical trade-offs, and quality governance.
