About the role
- Lead the Data Science and AI discipline applied to Product, defining the vision, strategy, and team structure while fostering a learning culture and high performance.
- Serve as the technical reference for Data Science and AI, guiding the application of predictive, generative, and analytical models to solve real product problems.
- Co-create solutions with Product, Engineering, and Design, bringing a data-driven perspective from discovery through delivery to ensure evidence-based decisions and user experiences.
- Ensure governance, ethics, and quality in the use of data and models, supporting responsible and scalable practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading Data Science teams focused on Product.
- Strong technical expertise in machine learning and LLMs.

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
