About the role

  • Assistant Partnership Project Manager helping deliver development schemes efficiently with Flagship Homes. Support partnerships and ensure contracts are well-managed while fostering community growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of partnership development schemes, ensuring they meet budget, quality, and timeline targets
  • Contribute to the execution and understanding of partnership contracts
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with partners, clients, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records, produce reports, and support governance and compliance processes
  • Collaborate across the wider development team to support the creation of new homes
  • Promote and embody Bromford Flagship’s values in all interactions

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Personal accountability and effective workload management
  • Experience within the new build construction industry
  • Ability to coordinate external contractors and collaborate in high-performance teams
  • Experience analysing tenders, reviewing costs, and monitoring cash flows
  • Understanding of the new build sales market
  • Confident IT skills, including data collation, file management, report writing, and presentation
  • A high-level construction qualification (or working towards one), or equivalent industry knowledge
  • A full valid UK driving licence
