Oversee legal contracts for both clients and contractors.
Transition secured projects to the program management team for delivery, while retaining oversight of commercial issues and ongoing client relationships.
Collaborate with colleagues to design innovative learning solutions tailored to the needs of financial services clients.
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand into new markets and broaden product offerings, with a focus on client-driven and niche segments.
Requirements
Director: 8–10+ years of work experience in direct B2B sales or strategic account management serving financial services clients; Manager: 5–8+ years.
Director: 4–5+ years in a relevant functional area (financial services, corporate credit, wealth management, risk, financial consulting, or financial education); Manager: 3–5+ years.
Strong background in business development within the Canada financial services or financial education sector.
Experience in developing client strategies and delivering learning solutions.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and consultative skills.
