About the role
- Director of Product Management driving digital banking product upgrades and strategic initiatives at Fiserv. Collaborating closely with teams to optimize client experience and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the general management of a suite of products in our Digital Banking business
- Oversee the successful maintenance of these products as well as design the migration plan
- Communicate with clients to upgrade clients
- Deliver against the P&L plan for the business
- Develop the appropriate market strategy to optimize client experience and benefit to Fiserv
- Meet/exceed revenue targets
- Align team to key initiatives and priorities
- Work closely with matrixed partners to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with Implementations to reduce backlog and improve implementation satisfaction
- Manage the integration mapping of transition platforms to XD platform
- Address product maintenance, alignment to enterprise cyber standards, and reduce overall costs to support
Requirements
- 3-5 years experience working with digital banking or like products
- Fiserv experience a plus!
- Experience in product management or related field
- Knowledge of the Pragmatic Marketing framework – with particular attention to sunsetting product discipline
- Strong client communication and interaction skills
- Ability to work closely with client facing teams and clients – ability to participate in client sales presentations, client events, etc.
- Knowledge of retail banking a plus
