- Support senior executives in developing, structuring and communicating ideas
- Convert high-level concepts, notes, and verbal direction into clear, well-structured PowerPoint presentations, emails, memos, strategy and planning documents
- Create executive-level slides that are concise, logical and visually clean
- Improve and refine existing decks for clarity, narrative flow and impact
- Apply consistent formatting, hierarchy and visual standards across materials
- Build and maintain Excel models, tables and charts to support strategic analysis
- Draft and edit Word documents, memos, briefs and talking points
- Ensure written materials are crisp, professional and audience-appropriate
- Work iteratively with Executives, incorporating feedback quickly and accurately
Requirements
- 2–5 years of professional experience in consulting, banking, strategy or marketing
- Bachelor’s degree required, business school preferred
- Exceptional PowerPoint skills and strong working knowledge of Excel
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
