About the role

  • Senior Account Executive at Nexus Cognitive Technologies driving revenue growth through client engagement and business development. Collaborates with technical teams and executive leadership to achieve strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or industry verticals.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision makers.
  • Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to present comprehensive product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of our Data and AI solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline and ensure all opportunities are accurately tracked and updated in CRM systems.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to Data and AI.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Strategic Advisor: Act as a strategic advisor and confidante to the CEO providing insight and analysis while participating in decision-making at the highest levels.
  • Executive Collaboration: Coordinate closely with senior leadership across departments to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic priorities.
  • Initiative Oversight: Take charge of crucial projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the company’s mission and financial objectives.
  • Communication Hub Lead: Serve as the crucial point of communication for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven record of accomplishment of at least 5 years in enterprise sales, with a focus on selling complex technology solutions, preferably in the Data and AI sector.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp technical concepts related to Data and AI.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
