Responsibilities
Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or industry verticals.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision makers.
Solution Selling: Collaborate with technical teams to present comprehensive product demonstrations and articulate the value proposition of our Data and AI solutions.
Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline and ensure all opportunities are accurately tracked and updated in CRM systems.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to Data and AI.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
Strategic Advisor: Act as a strategic advisor and confidante to the CEO providing insight and analysis while participating in decision-making at the highest levels.
Executive Collaboration: Coordinate closely with senior leadership across departments to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic priorities.
Initiative Oversight: Take charge of crucial projects, from inception to completion, ensuring they align with the company’s mission and financial objectives.
Communication Hub Lead: Serve as the crucial point of communication for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Proven record of accomplishment of at least 5 years in enterprise sales, with a focus on selling complex technology solutions, preferably in the Data and AI sector.
Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp technical concepts related to Data and AI.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
