About the role

  • Account Executive responsible for expanding key accounts and acquiring new business in hospitality at 365 Retail Markets. Utilizing solution-based selling to close deals with clients in the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities

  • Expand key accounts by deepening relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring client success.
  • Prospect, pitch, and close new business opportunities, focusing on hotels and hospitality management companies.
  • Understand client needs and position 365's hospitality solutions as essential to their retail success.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining long-term relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless client experiences.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality tech, retail technology, or SaaS solutions.
  • Proven success in growing key accounts and closing new business.
  • Familiarity with self-service retail, unattended retail, and hotel technology is a plus.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performance sales team.
