Responsibilities
- Develop and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap to reflect evolving market trends and customer expectations.
- Conduct in-depth market research, customer segmentation analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure alignment of product strategy with enterprise-wide goals and LOB-specific priorities, fostering collaboration across departments to execute strategic initiatives.
- Own the product-level Profit & Loss (P&L), including pricing strategies, revenue targets, and cost management.
- Monitor key financial metrics such as revenue growth, margin performance, and cost-to-serve to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
- Track and analyze product performance indicators including adoption rates, customer retention, and market share.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for product growth, customer engagement, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to build and maintain dynamic KPI dashboards that provide actionable insights for decision making.
- Ensure all products adhere to applicable regulatory requirements and internal risk management standards.
- Partner with digital and platform teams to digitize and modernize product offerings, enhancing customer accessibility and experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field of study.
- A minimum of five (5) years of product management experience specific to Consumer Bank Checking Accounts.
- Master of Business Administration would be a plus.
