About the role

  • Project Manager leading successful delivery of US client projects for fintech enabling company. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the VP of Consulting and the US-based team to align project execution with strategic and business goals.
  • Manage multi-disciplinary, multi-regional delivery teams, ensuring effective collaboration across time zones and delivery methodologies.
  • Drive structured project execution while maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving client and business needs.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement across internal teams, implementation partners, and senior leadership.
  • Support Sales and Pre-Sales activities by providing delivery input, timelines, and risk assessments aligned with client expectations.
  • Own project governance, including tracking dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and delivery blockers before they impact timelines or outcomes.
  • Manage shifting priorities by balancing scope, resources, budget, and timelines in a dynamic environment.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for project challenges, driving resolution while maintaining a strategic, big-picture perspective.
  • Ensure successful end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure, including lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, delivering complex technology or software implementation projects, preferably for US clients.
  • Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, governance models, and reporting standards.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to standardize and improve project management best practices across teams and programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong experience in risk, issue, dependency, and change management.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or insurance is preferred but not required.
  • Coaching and mentoring capabilities to support delivery teams and junior project managers.
  • A growth mindset, adaptability, and comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
