About the role

  • Project Coordinator supporting international fairs in Köln with tasks including project management, marketing support, and exhibitor consultation.

Responsibilities

  • Internal project coordination
  • Support in developing marketing concepts
  • Support in preparing medium-term planning and project control plans
  • Coordination of associations, market partners, and key accounts
  • Preparation of registration documents, forms, catalog content, exhibitor lists, and the website
  • Advising exhibitors regarding their trade-fair participation (stand design/layout)
  • Stand allocation, preparing quotations, stand confirmations, and invoicing for our exhibitors

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training
  • Professional experience in a commercial/administrative role
  • Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Independent and structured work style
  • Strong intercultural competence
  • Knowledge of an additional foreign language
  • Good knowledge of SAP (R/3, CRM, and BW)
