About the role

  • Hybrid BCBA at Finni Health delivering compassionate behavior therapy to children and families. Collaborating with clinical teams and maintaining effective documentation for patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments of patients with developmental disabilities and autism
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
  • Provide behavioral therapy and support to patients
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
  • Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in behavioral health

Requirements

  • Passionate, dependable, and committed to positive client outcomes
  • Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment techniques and interventions
  • Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Proficient in behavioral therapy techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical documentation
  • A valid BCBA credential from the BACB in good standing is required
