Responsibilities

  • Manage employee benefits (additions, removals, verification and vendor follow-up);
  • Monitor and manage the electronic timekeeping system, supporting employees and managers on time-related matters;
  • Support hiring/onboarding and termination/offboarding processes, ensuring deadlines and accuracy of information;
  • Assist with payroll processing and data verification;
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts and labor documentation;
  • Provide employee support, answering questions about payroll, benefits and timekeeping;
  • Support occupational health management (tracking medical exams and liaising with clinics);
  • Prepare reports, KPIs and presentations for the department;
  • Organize documents and support audits and legal compliance obligations;
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation within the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields;
  • Basic knowledge of personnel/HR administration routines;
  • Experience with payroll and electronic timekeeping systems;
  • Intermediate Excel skills;
  • Basic understanding of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT);
  • Knowledge of hiring/onboarding and termination/offboarding processes;
  • Experience managing employee benefits;
  • Familiarity with AI is a plus;
