About the role
- Business Automation & AI Manager driving operational efficiency through automation for car subscription platform. Joining a motivated team to supercharge business processes with AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Own the complete development, roll-out, and enhancement of automations, agents, or interfaces that supercharge our daily business.
- Optimize & scale processes using innovative tools such as Make, Retool, Airtable, Decagon, RelevanceAI, Cursor, Claude Code, and many more.
- Work closely with your key stakeholders to identify new innovative automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
- You prioritize based on data & user feedback and conceptualize lean, pragmatic solutions that validate assumptions quickly and resolve the problem identified.
- Develop and launch AI-driven workflows & agentic solutions to redefine process automation. Stay ahead of automation trends and proactively implement useful innovations.
Requirements
- Graduated with at least a Bachelor's degree in technology or business with a technological focus at a top university.
- Previous experience in consulting, startups, or another fast-paced environment.
- Keen to work entrepreneurial in making processes more efficient and improving the user experience with cutting-edge approaches and AI.
- Willing to take ownership, ability to move fast in ambiguous cross-functional environments, & committed to continuous learning
- Strong analytical data-driven thinking with a pragmatic, impact-first but detail oriented approach.
- Passion for automation, operations, and building scalable, efficient processes.
- Experience in deploying Low-Code, AI or other tech solutions with real impact is a plus.
- Empathy for cars & automotive is a plus.
- Fluent in English, fluent in German is a plus.
- Available starting as soon as possible.
