About the role

Lead development, customization, and integration for finance applications at Finastra. Collaborate on solution design and support deployments in a global financial services environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, customization and integration work required between NetSuite and other finance applications in the application stack.
Contribute to the solution design for business requirements and the development and test support of all related deployments.
Develop customizations in NetSuite as defined by requirements.
Assist in troubleshooting issues encountered in NetSuite by the system’s users.
Document system customizations.
Assess and analyze development needed for system requirements.
Attend project meetings as needed.
Coordinate test teams and required testing of system customizations developed.
Act as NetSuite Stakeholder on projects to implement other finance apps.
Participate in tasks pertaining to the technical operations of NetSuite.
Review and contribute to solution design in response to business requirements.

5+Years of experience in technical job discipline
Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own technical job discipline and working knowledge of other related technical job disciplines
As a seasoned technical professional, solves a range of complex problems in a creative way, exercising judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Works independently, receives minimal guidance
May lead projects or project steps within a broader project – may have some accountability for capacity planning
Has worked with a range of technologies, understands the differences between them, and is competent and able to use them
Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
Possesses in-depth knowledge of business domain and principles of supported product area
Understands the product beyond the user interface
