About the role

  • Product Delivery Manager at Finastra, responsible for end-to-end delivery management across multiple products. Ensuring disciplined planning, risk management, and successful execution of programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support PI Planning, ongoing prioritization, and quarterly planning activities across assigned products.
  • Manage portfolio lifecycle gates (PLM) and ensure all artifacts, approvals, and checkpoints are met.
  • Maintain alignment and structure between Aha and Jira, ensuring the “layer cake” view remains accurate and consistent.
  • Lead cross-product program delivery, ensuring all dependencies, milestones, and risks are actively managed.
  • Coordinate pilot programs, overseeing rollout plans, feedback loops, and success metrics.
  • Drive delivery execution for releases and hotfix versions, partnering with CPO, CTO, and COO teams to prioritize and resolve issues.
  • Partner with CTO and COO organizations to manage risk, issues, and ERM processes, ensuring transparent tracking and mitigation.
  • Conduct customer impact assessments for key changes, hotfixes, or release adjustments.
  • Manage, track, and prioritize escalations in partnership with CTO and CPO teams, ensuring rapid triage and cross-functional alignment.
  • Track clients, latest versions, implementation or upgrade status as required.
  • Support client communication related to release timelines, notes, and updates in partnership with Product Heads, Sales, and Operational teams.
  • Ensure internal and external stakeholders have accurate, timely visibility into delivery progress.
  • Lead the Release & Change Management process, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly cycles.
  • Oversee the Release Readiness process, ensuring all packages, documentation, approvals, and dependencies are complete prior to deployment.
  • Manage Kantata tasks and reporting requirements for each release and Hotfix.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of product delivery processes, tooling, and KPIs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Product Operations, Program Management, Release Management, or related delivery role.
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery, PI Planning, and product lifecycle management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience engaging clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage escalations, risks, and complex delivery scenarios.
  • Preferred Experience with Aha, Jira, and Kantata.
  • Background in SaaS, technology, or financial services environments.
  • Experience supporting large-scale release management and Change Control processes.
