Responsibilities
- Drive cohesive retail product portfolio execution across the Lending organization.
- Oversee product roadmap governance, cross-functional alignment, and end-to-end readiness.
- Manage the Product Delivery Management (PDM) function and enable organizational planning rituals.
- Lead product roadmap governance and alignment to strategic goals, customer needs, and capacity constraints.
- Facilitate cross-product alignment across Product Heads, Technology, Operations, and Sales partners.
- Provide program oversight for key strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce Product Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- 7+ years in Product Management, Product Operations, Program Management, or Portfolio Management.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional product planning and governance processes.
- Strong understanding of agile delivery, PI Planning, and product lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in financial services, payments, or technology-driven product organizations is preferred.
- Background working with C-Suite leaders and supporting enterprise-level strategic reporting.
- Experience managing product operations, program management, or product delivery teams.
