Responsibilities
Drive cohesive retail product portfolio execution across the Lending organization.
Oversee product roadmap governance, cross-functional alignment, and end-to-end readiness.
Manage the Product Delivery Management (PDM) function and enable organizational planning rituals.
Lead product roadmap governance and alignment to strategic goals, customer needs, and capacity constraints.
Facilitate cross-product alignment across Product Heads, Technology, Operations, and Sales partners.
Provide program oversight for key strategic initiatives and special projects.
Develop, maintain, and enforce Product Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
7+ years in Product Management, Product Operations, Program Management, or Portfolio Management.
Proven experience leading cross-functional product planning and governance processes.
Strong understanding of agile delivery, PI Planning, and product lifecycle management.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in financial services, payments, or technology-driven product organizations is preferred.
Background working with C-Suite leaders and supporting enterprise-level strategic reporting.
Experience managing product operations, program management, or product delivery teams.
