Responsibilities
Support the coordination and delivery of professional football projects deployed across multiple regions.
Coordinate selected projects or workstreams, ensuring timelines, outputs, and quality standards are met.
Assist senior team members in managing multiple projects, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
Provide onsite and/or remote support for events, workshops, and activities, including preparation and follow-up.
Contribute to the development of recommendations, action plans, and implementation roadmaps for stakeholders.
Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and briefing notes for internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with internal and external communications linked to project milestones and programme delivery.
Support the director and senior team members on ad-hoc strategic initiatives.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in Consulting, Strategy, Finance, or a similar analytical environment
Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of complex and diverse projects
International professional experience in a multicultural environment
Previous experience in the Sports industry is a strong advantage
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field
A Master’s degree in Sports Business Management or a related field is a strong advantage
Highly proficient in English
Fluency in other FIFA languages (ESP / FRA / ARA) is a valuable asset
