Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent with 5+ years of experience or Master’s with 3+ years of experience
  • Highly proficient in applying the full breadth of the learning experience discipline
  • Demonstrable experience engaging with, and influencing, business partners on creating performance-based learning solutions
  • Advanced project management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in managing continuously changing environments
  • Skills in creating engaging learning content using dominKnow, Storyline 360, Rise 360, and NovoEd
