Responsibilities
Lead a portfolio of moderate to high complexity vendors across Enterprise Technology.
Collaborate with ET Business partners to support their goals and initiatives while ensuring external vendors are accountable through contract compliance.
Provide oversight to a portfolio of vendors with moderate to strategic complexity.
Support development of tools and processes to effectively collect, analyze and report vendor metrics.
Lead all aspects of measuring and reporting vendor performance relative to contracted expectations, including Service Level Agreements.
Seek out and execute on cost reduction opportunities across your portfolio.
Support funding processes, including purchase order creation & tracking, reporting and associated governance reviews.
Maintain deep knowledge of the relationship's overall risk profile and contribute to the resolution of risk-related events.
Coordinate activities related to procurement such as market scans, RFPs, contract and vendor negotiations; ensure progress, approvals & timely completion.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent (and relevant) experience.
5 plus years of relevant experience in Vendor Management, Procurement or Risk related roles.
Excellent communicator and strong facilitator, able to influence others and interact with all levels of the organization.
Ability to independently drive and manage multiple vendor engagements with varying complexity, with minimal oversight.
Strong organizational skills; manage multiple projects or activities simultaneously and deliver results in an accurate and timely manner.
Ability to foster and improve partnerships with peers, leaders, vendors and other partners.
Strong background or experience with Vendor Management and Procurement processes.
