We are collaborating with more than 180 ferry companies across 35 countries, bringing a fresh and seamless ferry booking experience. • Responsibilities
• Overseeing day-to-day financial operations related to bookings, cancellations, chargebacks, and supplier payments
• Oversee accurate reconciliation of booking data with payment gateways, banks, and partners
• Assist in establishing and maintaining strong internal controls across revenue, costs, and commissions
• Monitor and improve financial operational workflows to reduce errors and processing time
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payments, and dispute resolution
• Assist with monitoring and forecasting cashflows
• Collaborate closely with operational departments within the company (Supply, CS, Engineering) to enhance workflows
• Work closely with the Financial Controller and Senior Accountant to ensure that financial data is accurately and completely captured in SAP
• Oversee project to implement electronic invoicing
• Assist the CFO and Financial Controller with reporting activities and other projects as required

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in an e-commerce/start-up environment and/or the travel industry would be an advantage
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with SAP Business One is an advantage
