About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide both strategic and execution-focused financial leadership to the Global Business Finance Leader
- Supports financial aspects of the annual PO Plan, Strategy Review, and Execution Review processes in partnership with the Global Business Finance Leader
- Manage monthly forecasting and reporting processes, ensuring high-quality output and strong business alignment
- Ensure integrity of financial results and adherence to corporate financial policies, including SOX compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA is a plus)
- CPA or local equivalent preferred
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards
- Experience working with large ERP systems within a multinational organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective team player with the ability to collaborate across international teams and interact at all levels of the organization
