About the role

  • Analista de Remuneração e Orçamento PL at Grupo S2 maintaining salary structures and budgets while ensuring market alignment. Engaging in merit cycles and variable compensation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the job and salary structure, salary tables and compensation policies, ensuring consistency between responsibilities, levels and pay grades and ensuring alignment with market practices and internal guidelines.
  • Execute and monitor Merit Cycle, Variable Compensation and awards programs.
  • Contribute to the development of compensation and personnel cost indicators and analyses, in collaboration with People Analytics.
  • Support the annual personnel budget planning process, both in preparing and monitoring its execution, analyzing variances between budgeted and actual results, and contributing to personnel cost projections.
  • Prepare financial impact analyses related to restructurings, salary reviews and organizational movements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Human Resources or related fields.
  • Previous experience in compensation, personnel budgeting or job and salary structure.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis tools (Power BI desirable).
  • Knowledge of the HAY / Korn Ferry job evaluation methodology.
  • Analysis of market salary surveys.
