- Own the middleware and integration vendor strategy, including selection and performance oversight.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of senior IT leadership experience, with responsibility for large-scale platforms or shared services.
- Proven experience modernizing enterprise integration landscapes and reducing legacy dependency.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business and executive audiences.
- Demonstrated success leading teams through significant technology and organizational change.
- Demonstrated leadership of diverse, multi‑location teams.
- Demonstrated experience defining and maturing API platforms and integration layers over legacy systems.
- Hands-on leadership experience with modern integration technologies (e.g., API gateways, event streaming, messaging platforms).
- Experience delivering solutions in cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
