Senior Digital Marketing Specialist leading the planning and execution of marketing campaigns at Fenergo. Focused on driving performance and measurable impact across various channels.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end digital and webinar campaigns, from concept to delivery, including setup, promotion, execution, and post-event nurture.
Partner with Sales and BDR teams to create impactful follow-up plans that drive conversion and accelerate pipeline growth.
Build and optimise targeted email and nurture campaigns aligned to buyer journeys, using data-driven insights to increase engagement and lead quality.
Collaborate with content, product, and digital teams to deliver consistent messaging and maximise performance across all channels.
Analyse and report on campaign performance using Salesforce and Marketo, providing clear insights into digital effectiveness and ROI.
Track key metrics across email, webinars, social, and paid channels to continuously improve funnel performance and marketing’s contribution to revenue.
Requirements
5+ years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally within the finance or software solutions sector.
Strong, hands-on experience with Marketo is an absolute requirement for this role. Experience with additional marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Eloqua, or Pardot is a nice to have.
Proficient in Salesforce and platforms such as ON24 (or similar) to manage campaigns, track leads, and report on performance.
Ability to analyse campaign metrics, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions that improve engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.
Comfortable producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports that measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and contribution to revenue.
While knowledge of SEO and PPC is beneficial, this role does not include direct management of SEO or paid search campaigns.
