Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Extensive experience in post-acute healthcare (home health, hospice, rehab, or similar).
Proven success as a VP of Sales/Business Development, ideally in a PE-backed healthcare setting.
Strong background in strategic planning, growth execution, M&A, and referral development.
Data-driven, analytical mindset with experience implementing KPIs and scalable systems.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ).
Willingness to travel 50–70% to build and maintain relationships across multiple regions.
