About the role

• Analista de Operações de Tecnologia role involves managing domains, infrastructure, and systems integrations. Supports technology evolution while ensuring operational continuity in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage domains (registro.br), DNS (HostGator), profiles and permission levels on platforms (e-Formei, D4S, ClickUp, Google, RD Station, ManyChat and Rebrandly);
• Administer emails, aliases and groups in Google Workspace;
• Deploy new tools (technical setup and integrations);
• Implement automations and integrations between platforms (primarily via n8n);
• Maintain and monitor backups of Google Drive and emails;
• Ensure information security and operational continuity;
• Maintain the infrastructure of internal tools;
• Provide technical support for the evolution of internal systems by liaising with an outsourced development team and validating the team's deliveries;
• Document architecture, integrations and access;
• Manage software subscriptions and group programs;
• Create landing pages focused on lead conversion;
• Develop web pages (built in WordPress using Elementor);
• Manage and monitor technology inventory (laptops and mobile phones);
• Perform basic IT support activities (system formatting, peripheral configuration, etc.);
• Assist in the procurement of new technology items for the company;
• Support the organization and management of the company's data structure;
• Develop monitoring dashboards (Looker Studio).

Requirements

• Candidates with completed or in-progress degrees in Analysis and Systems Development, Data Science, Information Technology, and/or related fields;
• Programming knowledge;
• Knowledge of UX, Plugga, Make, n8n;
• Basic SEO knowledge;
• Hardware skills;
• Reside in São Paulo/SP or nearby areas.
