About the role
- Analista Contábil analyzing tax compliance and financial statements for clients at Coplan Contabilidade. Supporting strategic financial decisions and ensuring regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and calculate Income Tax (IR), Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ) and Social Contribution on Net Profit (CSLL), focusing on tax compliance and efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity), ensuring the quality and reliability of information.
- Perform financial indicator analyses, identifying optimization opportunities and providing strategic support to leadership.
- Monitor accounting closings, resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Monitor changes in accounting and tax legislation and apply them accurately to processes.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement of controls.
Requirements
- Experience in analysis and calculation of direct taxes (Income Tax - IR, Corporate Income Tax - IRPJ, Social Contribution on Net Profit - CSLL)
- Practical experience with Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido tax regimes
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail and the ability to turn accounting data into strategic insights
- Constantly updated on tax and accounting legislation
- Proactivity and a systemic view to anticipate risks and propose improvements
- Ability to work under challenging deadlines with resilience and high quality
- Good communication and conciseness for interaction with clients and the team
- Ethics, integrity and commitment to excellence
- Completed higher education degree in Accounting (mandatory - ONLY this degree)
