Responsibilities
Act as a transformation agent across the four domains of agility (business, cultural, organizational, and technical);
Guide and facilitate squads toward self-organization and continuous improvement;
Ensure squad information is always visible and transparent;
Support squads in creating, adapting, and evolving the workflow from product conception through to customer delivery;
Analyze the health of the workflow using efficiency metrics and charts, coach squads to use them for decision-making, and run experiments for continuous improvement;
Use tools, facilitation techniques, and practices to help solve problems and enable solutions;
Facilitate ceremonies used by squads;
Manage the flow, not the people.
