Responsibilities

  • Responsible for employment termination processes, including calculations, reconciliations, legal deadlines, documentation and guidance to employees;
  • Responsible for reviewing and processing electronic timekeeping, determining overtime, absences, tardiness, allowances and adjustments in accordance with legislation and collective agreements;
  • Responsible for preparing operational reports related to terminations and timekeeping control;
  • Responsible for submitting and validating eSocial events (periodic and non-periodic), with emphasis on terminations and contractual changes;
  • Populate and keep HR (Personnel) and ERP systems up to date, ensuring correct application of deductions and payments;
  • Support employee inquiries to clarify questions related to timekeeping, terminations and HR routines;
  • Conduct termination homologations (formal termination procedures) for departing employees;
  • Comply with and support the application of legal and union requirements in accordance with current collective agreements;
  • Support the organization and control of labor documents.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Experience in Personnel Administration processes: employee service, terminations and timekeeping.
  • Familiarity with payroll management systems; experience with the Sênior system is desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and Personnel Department routines.
  • Organized profile, attentive to deadlines, good communication skills and willingness to learn; able to handle a high workload.
