About the role

  • Analyst role focused on developing and managing customized insurance policies at Tokio Marine. Working in a hybrid environment with responsibilities in policy adjustments and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed studies to create customized quotes and adjust existing policies, ensuring they meet clients' needs and the company's policies.
  • Develop reports and detailed analyses on policy renewal conditions, identifying opportunities for improvements and coverage adjustments to optimize the customer experience and the company's profitability.
  • Generate and manage contract endorsements/addenda, focusing on changes and registration adjustments, ensuring information is kept up to date and accurate in the company's systems.
  • Plan and execute tests in corporate systems, defining test scenarios to ensure the quality and effectiveness of platforms used in product operations.
  • Open tickets to resolve issues identified in systems and monitor the progress of fixes, ensuring delivery deadlines are met according to established standards.
  • Request quotes for additional services, such as assistance and capitalization products, ensuring the most advantageous options are considered for clients and effectively meet their needs.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or completed a bachelor's degree.
  • Intermediate English preferred.
  • Experience in underwriting group life insurance (corporate clients).
  • Knowledge of policy maintenance, contract renewals, or underwriting new business, with experience across these areas.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote).
