About the role

  • Manage property tax compliance for commercial real estate clients
  • Data entry, including entering property tax IDs, amounts, and delinquent taxes
  • Monitor due dates, assessments, and tax bills for commercial portfolios
  • Maintain client records, payment histories, and jurisdictional tax rules in databases
  • Communicate with clients regarding deadlines, discrepancies, or documentation needs
  • Generate reports on tax payments, due dates, and delinquencies
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 1-2 years of professional office experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience with property tax software (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate concepts (Preferred)
  • Background in accounts payable or financial record-keeping (Preferred)
