Issuing Risk Specialist at Paysafe focusing on fraud management and chargeback processes. Ensuring compliance with card scheme rules and operational support for Issuing capabilities in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
Apply knowledge of card scheme guidelines to raise chargebacks on fraud and cardholder dispute claims or negative balances, and oversee investigation of potential technical issues which could result in a loss of chargeback rights
Maintain a strong understanding of current Issuing fraud trends, escalating fraud trends and bad debt incidents, and recommending rule or control changes to prevent future losses
Ensure adequate processes are in place to identify risks, manage and enhance recovery of bad debt relating to Issuing, and ensure accurate management reporting across all programs
Apply relevant Card Scheme Issuing rules and best practices, ensuring compliance of card scheme fraud programs across both digital wallets and external Issuing programs
Act as the Issuing subject matter expert and central point of contact for all internal and external programs, establishing and maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders and partners
Provide operational support across all aspects of Issuing processes, including digital wallets, external Issuing programs, and onboarding new program managers, products, and change requests
Assist in Issuing-related projects, representing the wider Risk team when required, and escalating system issues and manual processing errors relating to Issuing
Enhance automation of current processes through new technologies or improvements to existing technologies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Computer literacy and strong Internet knowledge (mail, www/ MS OFFICE, OS Windows)
Fluency in English or/and additional
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
