Responsibilities
- Act as a specialist in IT Governance processes with a focus on ITSM.
- Maintain and evolve processes such as Incidents, Problems, and Changes.
- Lead the design and implementation of a project to unify Incidents and Requests in Jira.
- Structure workflows, roles, SLAs, metrics, rituals, and governance controls.
- Conduct analyses, improvements, and action plans for continuous process evolution.
- Ensure documentation, communication, and alignment among the areas involved.
- Support management by metrics and decision-making based on operational data.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree / Specialization
- Solid experience in IT Governance and ITSM.
- Experience managing and evolving processes such as Incidents, Problems, and Changes.
- Experience with Jira or Jira Service Management.
- Knowledge of process design, SLAs, KPIs, and operational governance.
- Ability to liaise with different areas and lead cross-functional initiatives.
- Differentials:
- ITIL and/or COBIT certification
- Experience in process and tool transformation
- Knowledge of automations and workflows in Jira
- Experience with compliance, audit, or IT controls
