Responsibilities
Design of components, foundations and ship structures in compliance with applicable standards and regulations, in coordination with our engineering teams
Creation and maintenance of documentation for the structural discipline
Development of technical concepts and decision-making proposals
Close cooperation with other design and production departments
Management and coordination of our design partners for structural tasks
Responsible supervision of the ship structure assembly in a newbuild project
Requirements
Degree in Naval Architecture / Mechanical Engineering, technician qualification (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in shipbuilding or the maritime industry is desirable
Experience using CAD software for component and structural design
Good MS Office skills as well as German and English language skills, spoken and written
Strong communication and team skills, commitment, flexibility and resilience
