About the role
- Litigation Paralegal supporting attorneys in preparing litigation cases through evidence gathering and client communication. Collaborating closely with legal staff in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with 2-3 of our litigation attorneys, helping build our litigation cases.
- Gather evidence, review records, communicate with clients, liaise with experts, schedule mediations.
- Prepare for and attend trials, and more.
- Think critically and investigate to help uncover the truth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, personal injury plaintiffs’ preferred.
- Must reside within NC or SC, or within reasonable driving distance to CLT office.
- Must be available to work three to four days in the CLT office to support Attorney staff.
- Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays.
