About the role

  • Litigation Paralegal supporting attorneys in preparing litigation cases through evidence gathering and client communication. Collaborating closely with legal staff in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with 2-3 of our litigation attorneys, helping build our litigation cases.
  • Gather evidence, review records, communicate with clients, liaise with experts, schedule mediations.
  • Prepare for and attend trials, and more.
  • Think critically and investigate to help uncover the truth.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience, personal injury plaintiffs’ preferred.
  • Must reside within NC or SC, or within reasonable driving distance to CLT office.
  • Must be available to work three to four days in the CLT office to support Attorney staff.
  • Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays.
