About the role

  • Customer Service Supervisor to lead team members and ensure high service levels in a global fashion marketplace. Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced fashion marketing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the customer service team's daily work to meet operational targets;
  • Train and coach team members as needed;
  • Handle customer escalations;
  • Provide information about products/services and respond to related inquiries;
  • Represent Farfetch to our customers and partners.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, preferably within fashion retail;
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Confident leadership and team organization skills;
  • Critical thinking to drive service improvements;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Knowledge of fashion and fashion brands;
  • Proficient with IT systems and Google Workspace; Salesforce experience highly desirable;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Commitment to exceeding customer expectations;
  • Excellent listening skills;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Hardworking and passionate.
