About the role

  • Manager supporting the execution of the Fanatics App GTM initiatives. Contributing to sports fan engagement for a leading digital sports platform.

Responsibilities

  • Support development of the annual Fanatics App marketing campaign calendar
  • Support execution of Fanatics App GTM initiatives by coordinating campaign briefs, timelines, and cross-functional alignment across channel teams and OpCos
  • Support development of Fanatics App GTM playbooks
  • Partner with CRM, Product, Analytics, and OpCo teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Assist in positioning and messaging for Fanatics App value propositions and product features
  • Track campaign performance and report on key KPIs

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in GTM, integrated marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience working cross-functionally and building alignment across teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
  • Passionate about sports, fandom, and creating meaningful customer experiences
  • Willingness to travel for key events and offsites.
