About the role

  • Erzieher:in supporting children's daily activities in a vibrant daycare setting. Collaborating with parents and team members while ensuring a safe and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities

  • You attentively and lovingly accompany the children through the pedagogical daily routine and proactively shape the daily schedule in your group.
  • You create an environment that stimulates learning and play and provide targeted, developmentally supportive activities.
  • You regularly document your observations of the children’s developmental progress using a tablet and app, and maintain attendance lists and group diaries.
  • You work in partnership with parents, conduct parent meetings and take part in parent evenings.
  • You participate in team meetings and collegial consultations, exchanging professional knowledge.

Requirements

  • State-recognized qualification as an Early Childhood Educator, Childcare Assistant, Social Pedagogical Assistant, or a completed degree in Social Work, Educational Sciences, Social Pedagogy, or Childhood Education.
  • Flexibility in working hours within our opening times from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Openness to digitalization and willingness to work with digital tools.
  • Commitment to children’s rights and to active child protection.
