Responsibilities
You attentively and lovingly accompany the children through the pedagogical daily routine and proactively shape the daily schedule in your group.
You create an environment that stimulates learning and play and provide targeted, developmentally supportive activities.
You regularly document your observations of the children’s developmental progress using a tablet and app, and maintain attendance lists and group diaries.
You work in partnership with parents, conduct parent meetings and take part in parent evenings.
You participate in team meetings and collegial consultations, exchanging professional knowledge.
Requirements
State-recognized qualification as an Early Childhood Educator, Childcare Assistant, Social Pedagogical Assistant, or a completed degree in Social Work, Educational Sciences, Social Pedagogy, or Childhood Education.
Flexibility in working hours within our opening times from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
