- Optional & perspektivisch: Du kannst fachliche Tech-Lead-Verantwortung übernehmen – ohne disziplinarische Führung.
Requirements
- Fundierte Backend-Erfahrung mit PHP, Laravel und MySQL
- Projekterfahrung in komplexen Systemlandschaften
- Agile Arbeitsweise (Scrum, Kanban o. Ä.)
- Verständnis für skalierbare Architekturen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (> C1)
- Sicherer Umgang mit Linux
- Optional: Python oder Java (z. B. Spring Boot)
- Erfahrung mit DevOps oder Operations
- Interesse an KI oder Automatisierung
