About the role
- Systemic Advisor supporting work-life balance coaching for clients in Gütersloh, Germany. Conducting counseling sessions, documentation, and hotline services with hybrid work arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Independently conduct counseling sessions using a systemic approach with employees of our client companies (face-to-face, via video, or by phone; individual and group sessions)
- Reliably document session content in compliance with data protection regulations
- Take shifts on our 24/7 hotline
- Primarily on-site presence at client locations, possibly including day trips
Requirements
- Degree from a university or university of applied sciences in social pedagogy or social work
- Training in systemic counseling or coaching
- Strong customer- and service-orientation
- Willingness to conduct regular counseling sessions, including outside standard office hours
