Responsibilities
Complete a variety of professional administrative tasks in support of the Talent team’s compliance and service function
Assist Compliance Coordinator for new hire background check, drug-testing, and post-offer physical process
Maintain documents and forms that are needed to comply with applicable regulations and standards
Provide customer service to internal and external customers (i.e. applicants, current employees)
Requirements
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
3 to 6 months of administrative experience in Human Resources/Compliance
